The health and well-being of our clients and staff is of paramount importance to us. In the spirit of safety, we respectfully request that our clients adhere to the following policies:

  • Due to the size of our space and the requirement to follow social distancing protocols, we are unable to accommodate more than four clients (including any guests) per recording session.

  • Please do not enter the studio if you are sick. The engineer reserves to right to cancel a session if a client or guest is presenting any possible symptoms of the Coronavirus.

  • All common areas such as the kitchen, lounge, control room, and office will be closed to clients at this time.

  • Bathrooms will be accessible, but all clients and guests must wear face coverings as they travel through our common areas to reach them.

  • The live (tracking) room will be arranged with social distancing in mind. Unless a client is alone, isolated, or tracking vocals, all clients and guests must wear face coverings and practice social distancing in the live room.

  • All client-facing areas and equipment will be sanitized between sessions. This includes bathrooms, doorknobs, microphones, stands, instruments, and other frequently touched surfaces.

  • Water, light snacks, hand sanitizer, and face coverings will be provided to all clients and guests. If you require coffee, tea, or something from the refrigerator, the engineer will prepare it and bring it to you.

  • Southern Harmony employees will cover their faces when sharing the same room as a client, as well as practice all recommended hand washing and sanitizing procedures.

  • All 2-8 hour sessions must be prepaid in full by PayPal, debit, or credit card at the time of booking. For multi-day sessions please contact the studio for booking and deposit information.

  • Because we are only open for limited hours each week, we can not provide a refund for sessions cancelled less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. However, we will be happy to put your prepayment toward a rescheduled session at a later time.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work diligently to keep our recording studio safe and compliant with local ordinances, SC DHEC and CDC guidelines. If you are unable to comply at this time, we will look forward to working with you sometime in the future when the COVID-19 threat has diminished.
